Bogmalo Beach

Bogmalo is a small beach side village in Goa. It is situated in a small bay, with around a mile of curving sandy beach, which is generally very quiet. The beach is located about 4 km from Dabolim airport and 9 km from the port town of Vasco da Gama. The Bogmalo Beach is a perfect destination for shopping too. A whitewashed chapel lies near the Bogmalo Beach.

Majorda Beach

Majorda beach situated in the Salcete Taluka. The beauty of this beach resides in the long lanes of palm grove trees. It is located at a distance of 4 km from Margao and 5 km from the Colva Beach. The beach is 18 km from the Dabolim Airport. Some of the most famous hotels and resorts of Goa are found here and thus it is quite a popular place for a holiday. The people of Majorda are known to be the best bakers of Goa as they were the first to know the art of baking European breads.

Colva Beach

Colva Beach is one of the longest beach in Goa (about 25 km long) with soft and fine white sand, ideal to walk barefoot. The calm and clean waters near the shores also make Colva Beach perfect for swimming. Located about 7 km west of Margao, and 39 km from Panjim. The closest railway station is in Margao. The beachfront includes hotels, souvenir stalls and fly blown snack bars strewn around a central roundabout.

Benaulim Beach

Benaulim Beach is very close to Colva Beach. Benaulim Beach is famous for Dolphin Cruises. Another major attraction of Benaulim Beach is the excellent fairs and festivals such as the Beach Bonanza, which take place every Sunday. The Dabolim Airport is located 70 km from the beach. Nossa Senhora de Merces Church & The church of St. John are located close to the Benaulim Beach.

Varca Beach

Varca Beach is the best for dolphin watching, sunbathing and boating. The beach much cleaner and quieter and is filled with soft white sands and doted with black lava rocks at certain places. The beauty of this beach resides in the long lanes of palm grove trees. You can even touch the dolphins if you sail with a local boatmen. Varca beach is about 2 km south of Benaulim Beach. The best time to visit this beach is from November To March.

Cavelossim Beach

Cavelossim Beach is much cleaner and quieter like Varca Beach. You can walk from one end to the other quite easily. A road runs through the middle, separating the river Sal from the sea and sandy scrub land. It is an ideal place to lie on the warm sand and enjoy a pleasant drink, served by various stalls on the beach. The main attraction of Cavelossim Beach is the trips on small boats for dolphin watching. Cavelossim Beach lies at a distance of approximately 12 km from Benaulim Beach.

Betul Beach

Betul beach can be considered as one of the smallest beach amongst the beaches of Goa. The beach has a small lagoon and rivulet that flows to the sea. Betul is known as a fishing port and is situated just south of Mobor across the Sal River. Regular ferries and boats-on-hire take you across from Mobor. It is located at a distance of 24 km from Margao city.

Agonda Beach

Agonda Beach is a silent beach stretched 3km long with beautiful cove of white sand. The Agonda Beach is an isolated place that makes this place more beautiful, silent, quiet, and peaceful. The adventure lovers can also hire a tent and spend their beautiful evening under the starry sky and crashing waves. Swimmers can easily get surf board to surf against the colliding waves. Agonda Beach lies at a distance of approximately 70 km from Dabolim Airport.
