Miramar Beach

Miramar Beach is the nearest beach from Panaji (about 3 km from Panaji). The word 'Miramar' in Portuguese means 'viewing the sea'. Miramar Beach is also referred to as Gaspar Dias and is the point where the Mandovi River meets the Arabian Sea. Miramar is at a distance of 1 km from Dona Paula Beach. Miramar Beach offers a captivating view of the well preserved Aguada Fort across the Mandovi River. Distance from Miramar Beach to Goa Airport (Dabolim) is about 33 km. The Karmali Railway Station is at a distance of about 15 km from Miramar Beach.

Dona Paula Beach

Dona Paula Beach is named after Dona Paula de Menzes, the daughter of the Portuguese Viceroy of Jaffnapatnam was a woman of charity and is known to have helped the villagers and worked a lot for their betterment, so after her death, the villagers decided to re-name the village as Dona Paula. Initially the village was called Oddavell. Distance from Dona Paula Beach to Goa Airport (Dabolim) is about 39 km. The Karmali Railway Station is at a distance of about 18 km from Dona Paula Beach.

Vainguinim Beach

Vainguinim Beach is a beautiful sandy beach, which spreads along the beautiful blue sea and is surrounded by rambling palm and coconut trees. Beside the regular swimming, water sports and beach walks, it is a paradise of bird watchers. Dr. Salim Ali Bird Samctuary, Government Emporium, etc are the nearby places of interest. Vainguinim Beach is less than 1 km from Dona Paula Beach. Distance from Vainguinim Beach to Goa Airport (Dabolim) is about 29 km. The Karmali Railway Station is at a distance of about 19 km from Vainguinim Beach.

Sinquerim Beach

Sinquerim Beach is flooded with nature's wonders in terms of Lush Greenery, Golden Sand & Sparkling Water. Here you can experience Speed Boat Rides, Banana Boat Rides, Para-Gliding Experience, Surfing and other water sports. Distance from Sinquerim Beach to Goa Airport (Dabolim) is about 37 km. The Karmali Railway Station is located at a distance of 22 km from Sinquerim and the Vasco Da Gama Railway Station is about 39 km from Sinquerim Beach.

Candolim Beach

Candolim Beach is located on the west coast facing the Arabian Sea in between the Calangute Beach and the Sinquerim Beach. This beach is mostly packed with people on beds and beach umbrellas. Mapusa is the closest big town at a distance of 10 km. Distance from Candolim Beach to Goa Airport (Dabolim) is about 42 km. The Karmali Railway Station is at a distance of about 22 km from Candolim Beach.

Calangute Beach

Calangute Beach is one among the famous goan beachs, also known as the 'Queen of Beaches'. Baga Beach, Candolim Beach, Coco Beach and Fort Aguada are the nearby places of interest. The Kerkar Art Complex, located on the beach is a popular center for exhibitions of arts and crafts. The Dabolim Airport is at a distance of 48 km from Calangute. Baga Beach

Baga Beach is a small beach and is basically an extension of Calangute Beach. Baga Beach is located 9 km from Mapusa and 16 km from Panaji. The crescent shaped Baga Beach with its soft white sands is popular for adventure, water sports, fine dining, pulsating night life and fishing. The nearest railway station Karmali is about 11 km from Baga Beach and the nearest airport is Dabolim, about 50 km from Baga.

Anjuna Beach

Anjuna beach is situated in Bardez Taluka and it is one of the most popular beaches of Goa. It is also famous for its "Wednesday Flea Market" which is held every Wednesday at the Flea Market Ground. It is the hub of the rave parties that Goa is world famous for. It is about 47 km from Dabolim Airport to AnjunaBeach and about 29 km from Karmali Railway Station to Anjuna Beach.

Chapora Beach

Chapora Beach is a quite beach with white sand, black lava rocks and a number of coconut palms surrounded to it. It is located at a distance of around 10 km from Mapusa. Chapora beach is close to Chapora Fort (500 year old Portuguese Fort) and a trawler fishing jetty. The Dabolim Airport is at a distance of 48 km from Chapora Beach and The Thivim Railway Station is at a distance of 19 km and Karmali Station at a distance of 30 km.

Vagator Beach

Vagator Beach is the northernmost beach of Bardez Taluka and close to the Anjuna Beach. The beach is crescent shaped and has a few sand dunes with shrubs. Vagator beach is located 8 kms from Mapusa and 22 kms from Panaji. The Dabolim Airport is at a distance of 48 km from Vagator Beach and The Thivim Railway Station is at a distance of 19 km and Karmali Station at a distance of 30 km.

Arambol Beach

Arambol Beach is one among the most charming beaches of Goa. The narrow lane leading the beach is full of sellers with clothing, musical instruments, gemstones, art, jewellery, lanterns, etc. The Dabolim Airport is at a distance of 58 km from Arambol Beach and The Thivim Railway Station is at a distance of 29 km and Karmali Station at a distance of 42 km.
